Return policy

1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return if the product meets the following conditions:

✔ The product is unused
✔ The product is unopened and in its original packaging
✔ The request is made within 3 days of receiving the item
✔ Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is provided

We cannot accept returns if:
✘ The product has been used
✘ The packaging is damaged or missing
✘ The item is customized or part of a clearance sale
✘ Damage was caused after delivery (misuse, mishandling, water damage, etc.)

2. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

A damaged item
A defective item
A wrong product
Missing items
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
Clear photos/video of the product
Packaging photos
Order number
We will replace the item at no additional cost, depending on product availability.
